Kurt Mattek owns and runs Brothers Composites, with his 4 business partners, out of the small Midwest town of Sheboygan Falls, WI. They specialize in carbon fiber fabrication for the after-market automotive industry.
Interestingly enough, 3 of his business partners are his brothers, and the other is lifelong friend. 
They started their business in 2021 with an additional 3 employees, including Kurt and Teri's 2 sons, Sean and Cole. Truly a family affair. 
Kurt started his personal, carbon fiber Ford Bumpside build in 2023. It will be one of the first full-bodied, carbon fiber trucks to hit the pavement.
This blog was created to tell the tale, inspire others and be honest about such an undertaking. Not to be told without a dose of family, friends and some real life B.S. Hopefully to be shared with a sense of humor.
